Samriddhi is a New York State Bar-licensed attorney with over eight years of experience in employment-based immigration. At Stelmakh & Associates, she leads complex EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, O-1, L-1, H-1B, and PERM-based filings, supporting professionals and companies navigating dynamic immigration challenges. Samriddhi is known for her strategic thinking, high-volume case management skills, and a strong focus on training and mentoring teams to maintain service excellence.

Before joining Stelmakh & Associates, Samriddhi built and led a business immigration division at a national firm, served clients at Fragomen and Pryor Cashman, and began her U.S. legal journey after earning her LL.M. from Fordham University School of Law. Her earlier legal career in India included contract negotiation, IP litigation, and media law with The Times of India Group. Samriddhi’s global legal experience and client-first approach make her a trusted advocate for entrepreneurs, startups, and multinational corporations.
