Jessica is a New York-licensed business immigration attorney. Her early experience at a full-service immigration firm exposed her to the full arc of immigration law, from family-based petitions to humanitarian relief. Even then, her focus was firmly on employment-based immigration, where she has guided startups, global companies, nonprofits, and professionals through the intricate pathways of H-1Bs, L-1s, EB-1s, EB-5s, PERMs, and everything in between.
While this multifaceted background informs Jessica’s strategic and adaptable approach, at the heart of her practice is a steadfast commitment to helping people move forward with clarity and confidence. A lifelong New Yorker, raised by immigrants and shaped by a city built from the dreams of those who came before, Jessica earned her B.B.A. from Baruch College and her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School. She grew up straddling two cultures, speaking one language at home and another beyond her doorstep, while watching her parents lay down roots in a land far from their own.
