A proven leader in corporate immigration
Member of Washington State Bar, Olga joins Stelmakh & Associates from BCF Business Law, where she has served as a senior U.S. immigration attorney based in Montréal, Canada. She brings deep expertise in corporate immigration across U.S. immigration categories such as TN, E-1 and E-2, L-1, H-1B, and O-1, and a successful track record of representing extraordinary ability individuals in EB-1A and EB-2 NIW cases across different industries, including:
- banking, investment, and fintech;
- arts, entertainment, and digital media;
- biopharmaceuticals and medtech,
- information technology.
Global perspective and professional leadership
In addition to her practice, Olga Prygoda has been active in the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), notably serving as Chapter Chair of the AILA Canadian Chapter (2025-26). She is fluent in English, French, and Russian, and conversant in Ukrainian.

Ms. Prygoda holds an LL.M. in U.S. law from the Antonin Scalia School of Law at George Mason University, USA, and an LL.B. (Common Law) from the University of London, UK.
