This is where you will find us in 2026, and why each stop matters.

Toronto Tech Week

📍 Toronto, Canada
🗓️ May 25–29, 2026

Toronto Tech Week is one of North America’s fastest-growing citywide tech festivals. The 2026 edition is expected to bring over 15,000 attendees and more than 300 events across the city — everything from founder panels and investor dinners to product launches and community runs. The mainstage, Homecoming, returns at the History venue on May 27, headlining leaders from Shopify, Uber, Cohere, Neo Financial, and Andreessen Horowitz.

Within the week, Katya and Olga will participate as judges at UAtech Venture Night — a curated pitch and networking event that consistently attracts high-quality founders and investors, with a particularly strong presence from Ukrainian and Eastern European tech talent building globally.

The conversations here are about funding, scaling, and execution — which is exactly the context in which immigration strategy becomes a real business decision.

Viva Tech Paris

📍 Paris, France — Paris Expo Porte de Versailles
🗓️ June 17–20, 2026

VivaTech is celebrating its 10th anniversary edition in 2026. What began in 2016 as an experiment in bridging startups and corporations has grown into Europe’s largest tech event: 180,000 attendees from 171 countries, 14,000 startups, 4,000 partner organizations, and 3,600 investors — a 300% increase in audience size over a decade.

We will have a presence in the startup zone. That is exactly where we want to be: close to founders, early-stage companies, and the emerging technologies being built by people who are already thinking beyond their home markets. VivaTech is where European startup ecosystems intersect with global capital, and for us, it is a key place to connect with founders who are beginning to look toward the U.S.

The 2026 edition’s thematic architecture is organized around four pillars: AI and Productivity, Cybersecurity and Defense, Greentech and Energy, and Deeptech. Germany is Country of the Year, bringing the largest national delegation in VivaTech’s history — a signal of the broader European push toward technological sovereignty and international partnership.

UAtech Venture Night

📍 Paris, France
🗓️ June 18, 2026

UAtech Venture Nights have become one of the most respected series in the European startup circuit — a platform for high-quality pitch events that run alongside major global tech weeks and conferences, from Barcelona and Amsterdam to Toronto and New York.

The Paris edition runs during VivaTech week, bringing together international and Ukrainian-rooted founders with investors and ecosystem leaders in an intimate, high-signal format designed for real conversations and real introductions — not just networking for its own sake.

Supporting this event reflects our longstanding commitment to founders who are building globally under complex circumstances — and our belief that origin should never be a ceiling.

Global Corporate Venturing Symposium

📍 London, UK
🗓️ June 23–24, 2026

Now in its 15th year, the GCV Symposium is one of Europe’s most prominent gatherings for corporate investors and innovation leaders — a deliberately different kind of event. Unlike startup conferences, this is where large corporations think strategically about open innovation, venture partnerships, talent mobility, and acquisition.
For us, the perspective shift is the point. Understanding how global companies integrate startups into their growth strategies — and where immigration plays a role in cross-border talent mobility — makes us sharper advisors to founders who are building for acquisition, for enterprise partnerships, or for international scaling. The insights from a corporate venturing symposium directly inform the strategic counsel we provide.

BiotechX

📍 Location: Boston, USA — Hynes Convention Center
🗓️ September 29–30, 2026

Boston remains one of the world’s leading biotech hubs, home to a dense cluster of research hospitals, academic institutions, and global pharma headquarters. The Seaport and Kendall Square districts are among the most active life sciences corridors on the planet.

BiotechX USA brings together 1,500 global executives, 300 speakers, and 50 innovative startups across eight content tracks: from AI in drug development and precision medicine to genomics, digital transformation, and bioinformatics. This is where scientists, researchers, and biotech founders working on some of the most consequential technologies of our time come together to advance their work.

For us, this is where immigration law intersects with scientific advancement in a very direct way. Many of the people in that room — the researchers, the founders, the postdoctoral scientists building the next generation of biotechnologies — are exactly the individuals the EB-1A and NIW visa pathways were designed for. We are there because we can help them.

San Francisco Tech Week

📍 Location: San Francisco, USA
🗓️ October 5–11, 2026

Organized by a16z (Andreessen Horowitz), San Francisco Tech Week is not a single conference — it is a decentralized, citywide festival of hundreds of independently hosted events across San Francisco: pitch nights, workshops, founder dinners, investor panels, hackathons, and themed meetups. Any company or startup community can host. The result is a week-long, high-density convergence of builders, operators, and capital.

San Francisco continues to set the tone for global startup culture. Being embedded here during Tech Week is about staying present in the ecosystem that defines the global benchmark — the conversations, the emerging companies, the investor theses, and the market expectations that founders everywhere end up orienting around.

TechCrunch Disrupt

📍 San Francisco, USA — Moscone West
🗓️ October 13–15, 2026

TechCrunch Disrupt is one of the most recognized startup conferences in the world. The 2026 edition gathers 10,000+ founders, investors, operators, and decision-makers for three days of concentrated deal flow, high-signal programming, and curated networking.

The centerpiece is the Startup Battlefield: 200 pre-Series A companies competing live for $100,000 in equity-free funding and direct investor access. Alumni include Discord, Cloudflare, and Trello. The energy is intense, and the exposure to early-stage innovation is unmatched.

We will have a table in the startup zone. That means direct access to founders who are actively building and fundraising — exactly the moment when immigration strategy becomes a real and urgent question. In 2025 alone, more than 20,000 curated meetings took place at Disrupt. We are there to be part of those conversations.

Why This Tour Matters

This is not about visibility for its own sake.

It is about being present where decisions are made — where companies are built, where founders start thinking about the U.S. not as a distant goal but as the next concrete step, and where the people who will shape the next decade of technology are still early enough in their journey to benefit from the right counsel.

Immigration law, when done right, is not reactive. It is strategic. It is embedded in your hiring plan, your expansion timeline, your fundraising narrative, and your long-term vision for the company you are building.

That is exactly how we approach 2026.
