Big news! Premium processing is available for EB-1C and EB-2 NIW applicants
You will get the response in 45 days after filing Form I-907 (Request for Premium Processing Service) and paying a fee of $2500. If USCIS issues a Request for Evidence (RFE), they will have another 45 days to take action after receiving the RFE response.
Would you like to request premium processing for your pending or new I-140? We will help!
Also, in April 2023, premium processing will be available for F-1 OPT students who have a pending Form I-765 (Application for Employment Authorization). Premium processing for Form I-539 (Application to Extend/Change Nonimmigrant Status) will become effective in June 2023.
